259. National credit per capita is National credit to population, is National credit per capita 5$ to 500$.
(1)National credit nearest to 1,000,000$ is 83,000,000$
(2)Population nearest to 10,000,000 is 480,000,000
Within 5of 500 四舍五入83000000和430000000（BY：M51哥）保证选E，因为最大值除以最小值大于505，最小值除以最大值小于495不能判断是否在495和505内。
