I thought the answer is B, however the key answer is C, why is it?

是为了测试这种病是病毒引起的还是细菌引起的
所以最直观的检测就是把他们两个分开做实验，看看到底是谁引起的
所以C最直接
B不如C直接，B说先感染病毒，在感染细菌，就是说细菌也有可能起到引起疾病的作用
这是我找到的。。。。。但是自己也不太认同

同意楼上，方法就是削弱bac的作用，加强virus的作用
A.削弱了virus的作用，加强了bac的作用
B.不能看出到底谁影响。
同理，别的选项都可以用这个方法排除。除了C,它加强了virus的作用
