有人知道Kaplan's TOEFL® CBT Exam是好资料吗？

I know something about  this text book. If your English is not too bad, you may use it as your introductory book, which is helpful. As long as you do all of the exercises and master the skills mentioned, you can do Delta's Key,  P before you write TOEFL. Since you have not touched English for a few years, How can you prepare all these within one month? Just have a try?
