原文大致意思：除了干了一个事情，这个家伙还对另外一些事情做出了贡献。

题目分析：根据 In addition to her work 我们知道逗号后面就不应该跟人，ABC干掉。而后面应该是discovery和documentation形成并列关系。
D写的比较并列，保留。
而E前面是动名词discovering后面是名词documentation，显然不对应，干掉！
