大部分的错误火灾报警都是来自于路边fire alarm boxs的恶作剧电话。紫草越来越多的人有了手机，路边报警器就没有什么用了。因此，我们移除这些报警器既可以检查恶作剧的报警电话，又不会削弱人们report 火灾的能力。（因果型结论）

问支持

A 消防局能够通过追踪手机从而确定地点。（填补GAP，因为路边报警器是固定的，通过那个打电话可以知道火灾地方，但是手机是移动的，如果不能追踪的话，消防局也不知道具体地点，如果报警人不能详细描述的话）

其余选项都无关

可是这并不能支持reduce the number of prank calls啊，既然boxes和private telephone的功能都一样，而且private telephone同样也可以用来prank call，凭什么就SUPPORT了啊？？？

按照OG的讲解就是通过追踪私人电话的来源，能够防止人们虚报火灾，减少虚假电话，提高效率吧

d只是说fire dept 的反应速度，题干中目的是减少PRANK CALL 或不妨碍人们的报警能力，所以是无关项吧可以认为
