unofficial report丢失，无法查询AWA分数，电话号码call不通

SCORE REPORT INFORMATION
The Official Score Report Test Taker Copy for the GMAT® exam appointment listed above is now available online. Follow these steps to access your score report:

1) Copy and paste the following URL into your Web browser:

http://www.pearsonvue.com/entry/gmat/vosr.jsp?regID=246244815&key=adaf9a217118adf01ac66649db516d39d87f658a

2) When the online score reporting Web page is displayed, enter your Authentication Code. The Authentication Code is listed on the Unofficial Score Report that you received at the test center following your exam. If you do not have your Unofficial Score Report, you must call GMAT® Customer Service to obtain your Authentication Code. You will not be able to obtain this code from mba.com

After logging in, you can view and print your score report. If you encounter any problems, please contact GMAT® Customer Service as noted below.

我按照要求拨打了电话，但是就是打不通（+8610打不通我又试了直接加010，直接加10，什么都不加等等……）都说是空号~奇怪呀
