求教一题PREP的BF，着急啊

这题貌似选E 但PREP上给的答案是C 个人觉得E好些 if not perfect前面有讨论的

这道题我也选了C~~~~~~E不对吧，这里的argument没有反对追求利益最大化的目标。而且，E有个很明显的错误在于 “ the second presents a course of action that has been adopted in pursuit of that goal.”中的has been 应该是不对的，这个策略还没有实施呢。黑体字部分I和它后面的“But large profits on the new product will give competitors a strong incentive to quickly match the new product's capabilities.”联合起来解释采用黑体字部分II的原因。所以黑体字部分I就是解释，而黑体字部分II就是那个策略。

但是我觉得1中说的是要把价格定到最大化啊，2里面又是低于最大化，1和2很明显不是一个东西吧。

个人觉得如果把BF的第一部分加粗的部分缩短为前面一半：Because technological advances tend to be quickly surpassed and companies want to make large profits while they still can，那么C就比较完美了，不然strategy应该容易引起歧义。但是E明显偏离的更远啊，真是个奇怪的题目

APPEAL 在这里是呼吁，提倡的意思

一中的确是要最大化利润，但是2目的也在于最大化利润啊，因为1把价钱提到最高，利润最大化了，但是2虽然没有把价钱提到最高，可是它在市场上的优势时间会相对延长（说不定能挣到总利润更多），因为1提到technological advances tend to be quickly surpassed以及后面说到But large profits on the new product will give competitors a strong incentive to quickly match the new product's capabilities。那也就是说，如果别人看到你赚的没那么多，也许他们就没那么心急要了，虽然你一下子没有挣很多，但是拖延的时间长了。这是不是叫放长线钓大鱼？
