D应该没有错，但A和E有什么问题？

因为ISSUE数量的减少，广告费肯定减少。

但是，题中还说道单价没有变化，因此销售价格肯定也是在减少。

以上两点是从收入的减少来说的。

从成本的角度讲，邮费的提高还是会有影响。另外E说道制造费用不变也是有道理的。这两点说明单本杂志的成本还是在提高（因为邮寄费的提高）
