is XY^2 a multiple of 18?

1) X is a multiple of 54
2) Y is a multiple of 32

JJ answer: A

Does the question state that X and Y are both integers? if X is a multiple of 54, say (54 or 108), and Y is 0.5... then XY^2 is no longer a multiple of 18. This will change the answer..

Please confirm.

the number in this question should be integers when it comes to the ideas of mutiple、factors、and remainder

hrm i dont remember that we can simply assume integers unless the question specifically tells you. Guess i can just play it by ear during the test. thanks.
