求好心人给解释一下这道题

答案选的C,我觉得因该是B,竞争对手销售下降更多不能解释为什么Donorma 在引进新模式销售仍下降吧?要是C也可以理解,但为什么不是B 呢?求逻辑牛牛给讲讲

Exactly. Then how could the above (choice B) explain the apparently surprising result? B) is out. We need to find an answer which solves the paradox.
