At MegaCorp, meeting or exceedingcustomer expectations is our goal.

这题的逻辑链条是，质量上升A那么就能提高用户的期望B，满足以及超过用户期望就能达到公司的GOAL(C).
答案是C, 仅仅只有质量上升才能使得公司能达到自己的GOAL. 这个仅仅让我很郁闷，ONLY IF 一般是说必要条件，而题目里面A到B到C都是一路充分过来，这里面有GAP，所以我觉得答案B貌似差点啥东西，请好心人帮我指导下，谢谢。。。。

Assumption question is a type of must-be-true question. In this case, which is a must be true question, the must be true part is the assumption made by the author - continuing advances in product quality are possible - to reach his main conclusion: The company can meet its goal.

B is wrong because the words "is certain to fail." Nothing in the world is certain except tax and death! Even in the GMAT world. A company may not correctly anticipate the expactation of its customers. However, the same company can still advance the quality of its product. Just in a different way from that of the expectation.
