被CBS的MBA项目拒，但是推荐申EMBA！？

今天收到CBS的据信，但是招生委员会推荐俺申请Global EMBA，我只有四年工作经验，目前人在欧洲，是每个被拒的人都会被CBS推荐别的项目吗？那个和LBS的合办项目到底水不水？究竟是安慰你一下还是真的觉得你fit？过来人帮忙指条明路吧！原文如下：

Thank you for applying to Columbia Business School. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application for the full-time 2012 program, the Admission Committee is unable to offer you a place. However, based on the strength of your professional background and international profile, the Committee thinks you might be a better fit for our EMBA - Global program – Columbia Business School’s Executive MBA global partnership program with London Business School.

The EMBA-Global program offers the same strong curriculum and world-class professors, in two streams: the EMBA-Global Americas and Europe program where students earn an MBA degree from London Business School and Columbia Business School, and the EMBA-Global Asia program in which students earn a joint MBA degree conferred by CBS, LBS, and Hong Kong University. The EMBA-Global program is designed for working professionals with global career paths who will continue their career trajectories while earning an MBA. For this reason, candidates will need to arrange with their company to be away from work on select class days for the 20-month duration of the EMBA-Global program.

While the application process is similar, it is important to know that the Admission Committee looks for different career goals for EMBA applicants. 很正常，现在不少学校都是如果MBA申请不到的，如果工作时间长一些，会推荐你申请EMBA，换句话说，EMBA申请竞争不是那么激烈，而且学校也比较容易赚钱。

我考虑了一下，觉得无论如何都不合适，就客气的据掉了。然后第二天就受到一个WL。。。

我也是今天早上收到的CBS拒信，同样让我去申EMBA。超郁闷，今年只申了CBS和Stern。

我连像样的拒信都没有，自己去系统里查的~~~
