请问下，我对C取非，那就是B的工人的效率极具下降，那么他的电视生产就少，所以要进口，这是支持结论B从V进口啊。
请好心人解答下，我真的是百思不得其解。。。。

（C）说B国的组装工人效率没有大幅提高。
取非，如果大幅提高，则虽然工人减少了，生产的电视总量仍然可以保证不减少，所以，不需要增加进口。

取非后不是大幅提高，我直接不C里面的NOT去掉，取非结果是大幅下降。。。。。。。。

lz看清，如果取非，则它说的是生产一台电视的时间下降，也就是效率上升了
