in my view, trader is fuking shit, even though I'm , trader is pushing for making money, no matter what strategy u r using.
to study MBA is perfect and be the CEO or manager is correct road

2. 长期用技术分析trade能赚到钱么？还是用技术分析就是大扯淡？
I dunt see many quant strategies can make huge money, check Goldman alpha quant trading team(dunt know whether the name is correct)?is closed.

银行的trader 据我所知更喜欢招年轻的本科生从头培养

你自己操盘能赚到钱么能稳定盈利么是个成功的交易员么

达到稳定盈利一般需要3年左右时间大多数人都会失败放弃

fx用到一些dark pool trading
再一些对冲用到quant skill

global alpha是解散了，去年连自营交易都解散，ib里的quant fund解散是迟早的事

Yes, that's why I dunt know why still many people, ( master, phd, MBA) going into IB , ( which sales. and trading, m&a, ipo, PE, hedge fund , are the major profitable sectors..)

实际上这是个伪命题
真正牛掰的fxtrader都自己做了，外汇交易杠杆很高，不稀罕投行的钱。索罗斯会去高盛工作么？
投行用的是复杂的数学模型，加上交易的时间优势，内部消息，搞点边角料。
外汇交易的天赋跟常青藤没什么关系。

投行靠忽悠赚钱，赚差价，赚客户的钱，赚不赚钱不重要，只要你有办法让客户相信你的复杂的牛掰的模型能给他们赚钱就行了

有一种情况是很有可能是先在投行做积累了一定的经验出来自己干或者合伙办基金什么的

能力到达一定境界就不稀罕打工了试问换做你如果每年能赚1000万你愿意分700万给公司么

就是为了一个名号我在xxx大公司工作？牛x的人根本不稀罕这种名号的

如果自己操盘无法盈利那么投资银行也不会要你一般都是从本科开始培养比较多

所以基本是两条平行线

Thanks. In your opinion, what do you think is a good prospect in finance industry?
Personally I have quite some interest in trading. (Pairs trading, relative trading and etc). But since you mentioned that even GS team is gone, it seems this path is not that promissing unless with inside information.
So what do you think is a good option in finance area?
