Journalist: Wel-known businessman Arnold Bergeron has long been popular in the state, and he has often talked about runing for governor, but he has never run. However, we have just learned that B has fulfilled the financial disclosure requirment for candidacy by submitting a detailded list of his current finacial holdings to the election commission. So, it is very likely that B will be a candidate for governor this year.

我个人理解
解题关键是如果这个哥们满足financial disclosure了的话这个哥们就要参加竞选了。

作者想表明这是个因果关系。因为financial了所以竞选了。

那我们可以就这个因果关系进行提问。选E
