Penn State Smeal MBA电话面经 [2012-02-06]

下午刚面了Kelley，晚上又是Smeal。9点钟开始的，手机通话质量不太好，听得不是太真切，有几个问题都没听清楚还问了两遍，汗~~~~~。问题很标准，其他童鞋都发过了，

1. Go thorough CV
2. Why MBA, why now, why Smeal
3. what people will describe you in orientation and what they will describe you after 3 months
4. Any other school applied
5. what is your leadership style
6. ethical dilemma
7. Tell me about your most memorable time in your team work experience
8. Tell me about the difficult constructive criticism experience
9. Questions about Smeal

面试官的声音在电话里听起来很公事公办，加上通话效果一般，整体感觉马马虎虎。也许用SKYPE会好些？我还是脚着跟人有眼神沟通比较好。

如果我没听从的话说大概要到四月份才有结果，等吧~~~~

其他学校的面试都来了,唯独这家还木有消息...
我有听说什么RE-APPLY是要在面完今年APPLY的后,才会考虑REAPPLY来补位...茫然,等的都有点忘记我有APPLY这个学校的说
