为了申请phd 研究生阶段需要做什么呢？

因为现在在申请会计研究生本身因为是纯文科背景好学校都把我拒了还剩下GWU CASE 和UTD给半奖因为考虑到UTD 实在是便宜所以在考虑读完补充好背景之后再读个phd

所以想问问申请phd 的牛牛们申phd 主要看什么呢研究生基点还是本科基点？好学校好申请么？我这样选择对不对呢？（放弃GWU 和CASE)

PhD的动机只是考虑到便宜？建议lz去了解PhD的研究方向，看看自己的兴趣再决定要不要读。如果只是因为迷茫读PhD那未免也太...

UTD accounting is quite good but UTD PhD program in accounting is quantitative. I cannot say that you cannot handle quantitative but it is really very tough and take the risk. You can also choose PhD programs that focus on behaviors, which are more suitable to your background. However, behavioral accounting research is not the mainstream of accounting. UTD accounting PhD program has Chinese and so you can talk with them.

楼主的意思应该是收到了utd的master，而不是PhD.

亲我的意思是我现在拿到了UTD 的msa 因为考虑到它便宜所以想读完再去读个phd 或者排名好的msf 只是在计划中但是不知道可行性如何所以我在问phd 好不好申嘛外一因为便宜选择了utd　但是去了发现下一步很难走　到时候不是就后悔没去ＧＷＵ了嘛　大牛有神马建议呢

那请问如果我读完ＵＴＤ　的ＭＳＡ　然后再申个综排高一点的学校的　ＭＳＦ　呢？有了会计的背景申请金融会不会容易点呢？本人Ｇ７６０　Ｔ１００　Ｇ３.６８就是因为本专业是新闻　所以好的学校都把我拒了呢，

Getting a master degree, of course, easier to apply PhD. You should take advantage of doing master at UTD. My suggestions above imply that you should talk with the UTD professors, help them do research work, or sit in their classes. So you can get good recommendation letters from them, although you may not be able to do PhD there or you think UTD PhD program is too quantitative. In USA, such letters are the most important for application. I suggested you talk with the Chinese PhD students at UTD because they are successful in application and you should learn from them.
