虽然我选对了，但对B的句意不理解，
我理解这句话:The governor of Louisiana falsely alleged that statistics for his state are inaccurate ,是说governer 错误地宣称路易斯安娜州的数据不正确，也就是说governor 宣称路易斯安娜州的数据不正确，并且governer的宣称是错误的，言下之意是说路易斯安娜州的数据还是正确的，对吗？
