16题：8/9=0.899999，符合题目要求啦，其他几个都不对，除一下就看出来了。
43题：如果第一个抽到基数，则加上所有的1——20里的10个偶数，结果是基数，这是极端情况，再加任意一个剩下来的odd，结果必为odd。所以是12

15x+4y=91,x=1,y=19，共20，无。x=4,y=5,共9，
