这道题选D，不太明白！选项是否前提还是结论？？望牛牛指导

题目说的是各种灾难受灾人数增多，从而推出灾难越来越凶悍，D说因为什么什么压力，与以前相比很多人住在易发灾难的地方，暗含的意思为虽然受灾人数增多，但是这个是由人们的居住位置决定的，不能说明灾害就多了。

This is a badly written GMAT logic question. Weaken the premise? It should not be allowed.
