First, thank you for kind response. I will have two years full time w/e of investment banking by the time I matriculate, but if the internship with the PE fund counts, then two years by the time I apply.
I have not visited any schools except Kellogg yet, and probably will not have any chance to do so, given my current workload,
Three applications seem reasonable? what's your suggestion ? maybe plus HBS and CBS as the 'high' shots....

Will you have two years by the time you APPLY? Or by the time you MATRICULATE? Because two years by the time you matriculate is a bit on the low side, and that might negatively affect your chances. But otherwise your profile seems very good, and Kellogg is totally within reach!  And at your stage it seems to me that the two year program makes more sense for you. As for other schools: it depends a lot on you: on what your goals are, on what location you prefer, on whether you prefer a large or a small school, etc. Have you had the chance to visit any other programs besides Kellogg's?
