It is not that other people did not spend time and energy. As pumpkin said in the previous post, she spent 4 year in undergraduate school, and then took half a year to finish GMAT project. On the other hand, LIfe is fair and ETS is fair. If ETS does not establish objective standards to compare, the universities will not be able to choose student who are qualified for studying in an English envirionment. EVen if a person enters a college, he will be frustrated when he is totally lost due to his inability to comprehend what the professor instructs in the lecture hall.

English, as well as many other subjects, can never to rushed. Everything in the world evolve with regular patterns. Probably you have already dedicated to PP, but PP is not all about English. People are require to accumulate words, phrase, and sentence to foster concerned language sense.

This is simply because your question is out of the ability of people around.
For example, if I asked, how can I become a student in Chemistry if I did not have any basis? No one actually possess the necessary knowledge/experience on this topic.
