Warwick- MSF这个邮件是什么意思?!

LZ是一月中交的application，昨天收到如下的邮件

RE: Application to MSc Finance

Further to your application to the MSc in Finance (MSFin) at Warwick Business School, I am delighted to inform you that the programme's Admissions Panel has made a recommendation to the University's Postgraduate Admissions Team for admission to the programme. Please note this recommendation is subject to formal verification and approval by the University.

You will receive official notification of the University's decision from the Postgraduate Admissions Team in due course.

然后下面就是阐述了如果是offer应该如何，如果是condition offer，应该如何。LZ当时以为就是随便的一个邮件，看过就忘记了。但是今天又收到了一封邮件，开头是Dear offer holder.能不能请申请过的CD们解释下，这个到底是什么意思！！

这封邮件是说明你被录取了，但正式offer可能是conditional的，一两个礼拜后会来正式offer

也就是说一定是offer中的一种而不可能是reject？

Key words in Offer Letters:
Congratulations / Delighted / Recommendation

Key words in Rejection Letters:
Regret / Sorry / Competitive / Large pool of applicants / You have to know... / Wish you good luck in future xxx / hope...does not discourage...

肯定是offer的只是你通过了学院的审批只有学校的admission office才有资格发offer的我也拿到过这个 offer很快会来的
