LSE和Vandy选哪个？

Pls share more background and career path before asking such a complex question

我个人对美国或者英国倒是没有什么特殊的偏好，更多考虑以后就业的情况吧。似乎现在美国就业大大不如从前了，Vandy的老师面试的时候也跟我比较建议我在亚洲这边找工作，所以以前大家认为的“在美国比较容易留下来”可能已经有些变化了，对于金融这个专业来说。

感觉似乎LSE在国内这边更有名，但是这两年“英国硕士”又普遍被质疑，很多人认为“给钱就能上”，真是矛盾啊。。。

的确，MSF在US已经远没有原来那么好就业了，但以Vandy的reputation(尽管更多的不是b-school的reputation)留下来应该还是有戏的，看你的career path是走什么路线，msf也有很多concentration.

所以如果是我，肯定还是去Vandy的：

1. 有留在美国的机会

2. 就算最终没有留在美国，回到中国来也不会比LSE差多少。对回国来说，现在已经没有哪个公司傻乎乎的看你的学校brand就给offer了，学校的名气就在于能否拿到interview。而怎么说Vandy也是US Top20-30的学校，interview是没问题的，具体能拿到什么样的offer还是看个人本事，学校关系不大。另外我个人觉得除了那些计划出国的人外，LSE在国内也不是那么有名气

另外多关注一下具体的curriculum...这一点CD上讨论太少，都是讨论学校的ranking和placement的...对定位financial specialist的candidate来说，真实能力非常重要

个人感觉finance & economics太泛，更偏学术一点，如有错误请指正
