不好意思，我已经在美国的MSU，因为我室友转学，我急需一名室友。我希望你是MSU的研究生。研究生一般都住学校的SV，我现在就住在SV，下面是apartment的信息。

I need a female roommate who can move in Jan. or Dec. .I hope you can sign the lease because if i sublease my apartment to you, you and I have to share one key. It's inconvenient.My apartment is very close to bus stop and laundry.It is a standard apartment with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
