我也想了很久不知道对不对.......

第一层：D店打不过 SL店
第二层：被C店打败的店的地方能开出来新店
结论：被SL打败的店的地方也会开出来新店

要削弱的就是这个新店
B说，那些被C店打败的店的地方开出来的新店都是D店（而D店是可以和C店竞争的，所以存活了下来）
而如果SL店周围开出来的也是D店，他们是打不过SL店的，所以那些地方最后还是会空出来。
