B的错误在于For people who immigrated to Jurania during the 1980’s, fish was less likely to be a major part of their diet than was poultry.
说的是量，而题干中说的是比率。比率高，不一定量就大。
假设原来人有n个现在是n*(1+6%)

原来消费鱼m条现在是m*(1+4.5%)

原来人均消费鱼m/n

现在人均消费鱼
1.045m/1.06n这是一类题。
显然人均消费鱼少了

AB提供的都是关于crime rate上升的原因.比如是因为来的坏人的多了，犯罪率才上升的。但是这跟只后的逻辑链无关,之后的逻辑链是M上升的多，所以M治安差. 换句话说：我知道了这个地方为什么犯罪率会上升，并不影响这个地方治安是差的这个结果.. 但是题目要找的是M上升的多，M的治安不一定差. 假设以前M犯罪为1%.现在1.6% 也就是1000人中 16个坏人.

以前犯罪率是90%，现在99% 也就是1000人中 990个坏人. 明显P的治安差。

这就是楼喽说的增量和总量》

另外补充一下，这个比率是案件发生/n千人. 增量是现在比率-以前的）/以前的比率跟population无关
但是楼楼的题香烟consumption 只是涉及现在的cons-以前的cons）/以前的consumption 跟以前的consumption有关也就是只跟分母有关. 比如以前消耗很大，即便很小的增幅也造成大量的绝对数增加。
