请教大家，上面这句话里面，结构是introduce sb to sb 吧？那么for 又作何解呢？

对于第一个问题：这里的for是作状语。译成对于应该不会错。
对于第二个问题：for budget director是介词短语作nominee的后置定语。nominee for是固定搭配。。意思就是xxx的提名者。多数后接职称或奖项。。
