那可以问道题目吗？
In the decimal representation of x, where 0 < x < 1, is the tenths digit of x nonzero?
(1)16x is an integer.
(2)8x is an integer.

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.
B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.
C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.
D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.
E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.
为什么答案是B?没什么头绪。。。

因为是十进制，8＜10，小数点后第一位如果为零无法进位为整数，因此2充分。相应的可分析出1不充分。这题有一定难度。

也可以特殊值法啊~~
比如对于16X来说，0.125乘以16 是整数，0.0625乘以16也是整数。
所以条件一是不对的！

对于条件2
只有当十分位非零时才有可能是整数，不然的话0.0XXX是进不到整数的~~
所以条件2符合~

取最小的整数1，
8*0.125,16*0.0625，条件1被否定
