1. 设interest rate为x% 那部分的investment 为 a 剩余部分即 60,000-a
ax + (60,000-a)y =4080

1) x = 3y/4 但是不知道a 所以不能求

2) The ratio of the amount that earned interest at the rate of x percent per year to the amount that earned interest at the rate of y percent per year was 3 to 2.
ax / (60,000-a)y = 3/2 还是不知道a 所以也不能求

综合1&2 以及根据题目列出的等式即三个等式可得x y a

第一个ls说了。。。
第二个。舍1997为1,1998为1+x%。1999为（1+x%）（1+y%）
1999和1997差别为x%-y%-x%y%看这个部分是否大于0
就是x/100-y/100-xy/100000同时乘以100，x-y-xy/100大于0.就是2.就选b

我是这样想的：
第一题：设第一部分是z,年利率按x%计算，然后剩余部分是6000-z，按y%计算
年利率总和为4080，可以列出一个等式，含有3个未知数；
根据条件一，再得到一个等式，
同理，根据条件二，能得到另外一个等式，
两个条件加起来，就会有3个等式，可以解出x
ps:过程中你可以一步步验证，只凭2个等式无法解出x.

第二题：把1997年和1999年的annual rent 分别用1998年的表示出来，里面会包含x、y，再根据条件进行比较

a b=a(1+x%) c=(1-y%)b = (1-y%) * a(1+x%)

问c > a? --> (1-y%)*a(1+x%) > a? 首先两个a可以抵消了 --》 (1-y%)(1+x%) >1 ? 一直化简到 100(x-y)-xy>0 ?
只要能证明 100(x-y)-xy>0 就可以了

(1) 推不出上面那个式子
(2) xy/100< x – y --> xy < 100(x-y) -->100(x-y)-xy>0

由题，a(1+x%)+(60,000-a)(1+y%)=4,080 a，x，y都未知
条件1)x=3y/4
a,x未知无法解出x
条件2) a/(60,000-a)=3/2 可解出a 但原式中x,y仍未知
1）+2）可解出x

2.设rent 97年：a, 98年：a(1+x%), 99年：a(1+x%)(1-y%)
则99年比97年多的部分为：a(1+x%)(1-y%)-a= a[(1+x%)(1-y%)-1)]=a(x%-y%-(xy)/10000)
现在就是看(x%-y%-(xy)/10000)是否大于0 即x-y-(xy)/100是否大于0
条件1 x>y 无法判断
条件2 xy/100< x – y 可以判断
