International applicants may submit a certified copy in place of the original transcript. All international applicants should submit transcripts for official evaluation to World Education Services (www.wes.org).

还有UFL，居然写了may be required......这到底是要还是不要啊？
International applicants may be required to have their academic credentials evaluated by private evaluation services to establish academic equivalency. The PDF file below lists approved evaluation services.

Lehigh也是，写得很模糊，不知道要不要WES.....
