答案是C，看了其他帖子讨论，也理解题目，即
总的产量＝工作的人数x效率
人数的下降并不能说明总的产量的下降,只有在效率不变的情况下才能得到这个结论
我们要证明的是B国产量下降，那么进口才会增加
但是答案是说B国每个assemblers平均装配时间没有下降，就是代表不变嘛？not decreased可以理解为增加么？效率增加，如果人数下降，那B国的产量可能是不变或增加的，那么就不能推出进口增加了。

同问，求解惑。。。一直在纠结C中装配一台电视机所需的时间has not decreased significantly，没有显著下降不意味着有增加的可能么？如果是改成has not increased至少排除了增加的可能，不管所花的时间是不变或是减少，工人减少，那么生产出的电视机量也减少，所以需要从V进口啊。。。
