第一题。原文中说in the last nationwide campaign, the two major parties raised andspent more money than ever before in support of their candidates and platforms，raise money和党派的影响力之间并没有直接联系，因此该假设需要在两者之间架桥，即花了钱就能提高影响力。

那么最后一句话对应原文应该怎么解释呢？我最开始是选了A的，但是看到最后一句话后就改了答案，谢谢！！

应该是这样理解吧：
由此可见那些对于两党政权即将衰退的报告还是不甚成熟的（因为两个党派都花了很多钱在竞选上，而且之前也没有第三党派的人赢得选举的案例）

哦~也就是说整个框架是这样：近几年没有第三党派获选，而且两党花费了大量的金钱在选举上，因此不能说两党的势力减退。由此得出需要的假设是大量的金钱可以代表两党的势力，因此第一题选A，是吧~？
