我知道C是错的，但是我觉得A也是错的。题干上说the explanation provided by the human capital theory for the high concentration of women in certain occupations就已经限定了这个theory的解释只是针对high concentration的。而OG答案说什么incomplete是对的，因为第二段在说difference in pay scales that cannot be explained所以theory是incomplete的，但这个工资差异已经和题干限制的high concentration无关了啊！所以incomplete应该是错误的！ 跪求牛牛解答
要解释的东西是segregation of labor by gender。也就是说光用那个theory来解释是有理由的，但是是incomplete。因为最后一段说了，那个theory不能解释difference in pay scales ，而这个也属于segregation中的内容，也就是也属于要解释的东西。。。

还是没太明白，题干里说explanation provided by the human capital theory for，这个for就已经限定了是说concentration了啊，但是工资和concentration又有什么联系呢？ 我好像牛角尖了。
楼主，我又对比了下，发现，其他答案错的更离谱，GMAC有个规定，就是，所有的答案都要选the best （错误最少的） 而不是 the perfect one，所以，估计在这一题就是最好的证明，A有错，但是相对于BCDE来说，它是the best one，所以选了A。也就是说，A描述的是那个theory，而作者可能对用那个theory作出的解释有类似的描述，所以选A。记住一条原则，GMAT的考试选the best one not the perfect and flawless one。楼主，希望我的解释能帮到你。哈哈
