答案是E, 可我认为E中的they指代不明确，可能指代cousins, 但需要指代Heirloom tomatoes.从转折的意思来看，后面应该用but, 而不是although, 所以我的答案是A.但我也不确定。

如果选A,often green and striped就变成修饰cousins了，本来是应该是修饰heirloom tomatoes的。

E里面，有分号隔开，they 就是指主语heirloom tomatoes。

那e， but 后面为什么又要重复they呢？

代词有两个点个人认为比较重要:

1\在一个句子之中,最好,所有的代词均指代同一个对象,本句子中,大家都指代西红柿

2\代词的指代顺序,并不是说代词they前面发现两个复数名字,they就必须杀掉.    they指代有一个优先的顺序:主句的主语>主句的宾(表)语>修饰成分中名词.这一点可以在OG和白勇的书里面看到.感觉比较管用.我们很多时候会被头脑里面红字部分的那个概念困扰.

A中同意就近修饰歧义的说法,另外A很可能导致句子变成   S  ....look.....,or have...,but are...感觉比较乱,不知道这样的结构对不对,恳请指教.
