没有什么大公司啊，而且目前还有三个中国人没有找到工作！找到工作的人多是也是吃老本啊，他们平均工作经验是四年啊，没有想想中的好！

其实找工作前还是得有一些美国的经验，再加个人能力，希望会大一些！

Outside of the factors that you can't control such as economy, what differentiate one candidate from another is school and experience/previous education. Yes, the school brand is important, but the candidate's previous experience/education is equally or even more important. Just by looking through some student profile there, there are some people that just aren't attractive to me if I'm the hiring manager.

Thus, you can argue UCLA should recruit better qualified students.

Can't agree more.

And 2010 report is not bad for a two year old program.
