紧急请教一道prep的数学题

If ab不等于0 and points (-b,a) and (-a,b) are in the same quadrant of the XY-plane, is point (-x, y) in this same quadrant?
(1)XY>0
(2)ax>0
答案是（1）和（2）和起来得到。我不知道怎么得到，望大家给点意见。

points (-b,a) and (-a,b) are in the same quadrant =>AB>0 ,
AX>0=>BX>0,
XY>0=>BY>0
AX>0=>(-X,Y) the same quadrant with (-A,B)
