The brains of identical twins are genetically identical. When only one of a pair of identical twins is a schizophrenic, certain areas of the affected twin’s brain are smaller than corresponding areas in the brain of the unaffected twin. No such differences are found when neither twin is schizophrenic. Therefore, this discovery provides definitive evidence that schizophrenia is caused by damage to the physical structure of the brain.

这是一道LSAT里的题目，费费打着费费逻辑的幌子，却不标出处。

问的是COULD BE TRUE EXCEPT，也就是MUST FALSE
since twins with identical gene, among which one get the other get none, so it's obvious that we cannot determine the schiziphrenia upon gene only.

Your typing of B doesn't make sense.
The original text of choice B should be:
(B) Medications can control mostof the symptoms of schizophrenia in most patients but will never be able tocure it.

For this kind of question, the key is to, for each of the options,
- assume the option is true
- test whether the options directly contradicts with the original passage.
And you will find D is in direct contradiction with the passage.
