答案是D。不理解为什么跟work force有关联，文中没有提及，不是无关信息么。
为什么不是E呢？

weaken 的一个重要方法就是他因，他因法中当然可能会出现新概念了。就本题来说，25岁以下的观众减少，可是如果有其他来源的观众补充，结论A steady decline in annual movie-ticket sales is about to begin，就被weaken了。

可以weaken的题目几乎都会犯一个错误：概念转移。本题结论是说票卖的少了，给的理由却是25岁以下的观众少了。如果有其他观众来源，则25岁以下的观众少了可能不会影响卖票量。
