The deadline for completed applications for Fall 2011 admissions was January 15, 2011. We have finished our admissions process for that term and are not accepting any more applications for the fall. We had over 500 applications and could only admit 35 students, so the minimum score of 100 is non-negotiable. If you would like to apply for our Spring 2012 program, the deadline is October 15, 2011 and the deadline for Fall 2012 is January 15, 2012. If your TOEFL score is 99, you will not be considered for admission.

之前在他家申请MSF还没提交申请的时候，我只是OPEN ACCOUNT,填了简单的信息，那个HELEN在2月8日主动发信告诉我接下来该做什么，然后说 The deadline for international applications was January 15, but if you officially submit your application by February 18, we may still be able to consider your for admission. The deadline for domestic applications is March 15. 这样看来这个是随便说说的？
