学校说了If you are waiving the school-sponsored insurance, have your insurance card handy in order to provide the required information about your insurance company. If you do not have your own health insurance, you must enroll in the school-sponsored Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance
这个自己办的保险一定是要在美国买的吗，中国买的不可以吗？
如果是在美国买，一般是自己买比较划算还是用学校的呢？我看了学校估的是1500多美金一年，还是很贵的
