Sublet one bedroom at 309 E Green St for June 1st-Aug 8th 2011, looking for a girl to take over my lease, move-in date is flexible. $550/month, price is negotiable. And my roommate is looking for someone as well, so we have two bedrooms at this apt available for the summer!

According to U of I Tenant Union, Roland Realty is one of the best realty owners that received least complaint during the past two years. 309 E Green is the newest and tallest building on campus, and the building is absolutely safe and quiet, and it is in such a great location with lots of restaurants, stores, supermarkets in a 5-10 minutes’ walking distance.

My apartment is one of the best and largest in the building with all round balcony, and the bedroom that I am subleasing is the best one at the apartment with largest French windows facing green street and county market! It is a 4 bedrooms apt, but there will be only two other girls living here in the summer and they are pretty laid back and friendly, and they share a bathroom, which means you can live in a more spacious room and even have your own bathroom by paying less than the small size apt rent!!!
