求救！关于case的财产证明

今天收到case 的ISS的邮件，邮件是这么说的
Some of the necessary admissions paperwork has already been sent to us in the Office of International Student Services, where we are responsible for helping you to maintain your visa status, however, we do need you to send a NEW letter from your bank, sponsor, or agency attesting to the source of your funding while studying at Case before we can prepare the necessary documents as we are unable to verify the amount of funding provided to our office via photocopy.

We need proof of funding that will cover the total cost of tuition and living expenses for one full year with your program which totals $55,500 USD.

Examples of accepted funding documents are bank certificates or statements and they may be accompanied by notarized letters or certified affidavits of support. Please ensure that conversions to U.S. Dollars appear on each document, and that they include English translations. They may be sent to me via fax, email, or airmail.
财产证明我已经交过了，是中国银行的，只是直接存的人民币。这封邮件是什么意思？难道是我的财产证明不合格吗？

就去中行开个新的就好啦，，，是不是你之前冻结的到期了。。人民币>=$55,500 USD就行啦
