Well, D) simply says that in a nonhierarchical place, people do not TALK about dissatisfaction. That does not mean they are not dissatisfied with their current jobs . . .

如果人们是在刻意的avoid behaviour 那么还是informal non-hierarchical的环境么显然不是此外 d选项没有提到是在计算机领域不好！

这个点我一开始也差点绕进去啦~其实很简单

B与题干的关系更为紧凑，提到了是在computer industry，且提到了necessary的条件。
D更加宽泛了。

要选most supportive的选项，当然选B了。
