若此项正确，则说明这些烧焦的动物骨头碎片很肯那个和早期原始人类有关，和论据“they had been heated to temperatures no higher than those produced in experimental campfires made from branches of white stinkwood”一起，加强了结论“the charred bone fragments are evidence of the use of fire by early hominids”。
