JJ224题，答案应该是D，不是E

224. 某东西速度18米每秒，跑了一圈，问这一圈有没21kg（应为21km）

A，跑了不到20分钟B跑了不到0.4小时。。。选E？

18米每秒换算成分钟时18*60米每分

条件1:18*60*20=21600m-sufficient

条件2:18*60*0.4*40=25920m-sufficient

所以答案是D

这里说的是“不到”，不是“总共”

I read some books about answering this type of question. This is a tricky question.

The question asks." If the length of the track is 21km?"

according to a) the answer is " no, the length is not 21km"
b) the answer is "no, the length is not 21km" as well.

so both are sufficient to answer what was asked. therefore, D is the correct answer.
