今年，市政部门分离后循环利用的垃圾都不会再采取焚烧方式处理。

E 我开始也选的E 后来仔细仔细看题算想明白了~你看原文最后一句说的回收足够多的然后剩下去年一半的垃圾~然后这些剩下的一半的垃圾烧毁变成去年一半的灰烬~，题目没有说要回收一半的垃圾~而是说回收足够多的~然后结果就是能达到剩下的是去年的一半~ E里面说的如果今年总的垃圾量多了那就多回收点就行了~只要能达到去年一半的标准就行了~这文章的最终目的是要达到一半的灰烬~，所以D 选项就对了~我理解这样应该是对的吧，，，

对d取非：今年没一货车焚烧所产生的垃圾会比去年所产生的residual ashes多，与题目的结论相反，换而言之，削弱了主题。则为正确答案。

对e取非：今年s所收集的垃圾总数要比去年的收集到的要多，这个对于结论：（This year city services will separate for recycling enough refuse to reduce the number of truckload of refuse to be incinerated to half of last year's number.）并不能起到最直接的影响作用，故e没有d更合适。

个人观点，望高手指教。

4楼理解正确，题目说to be incinerated to half of last year's number，即不管今年数量多少，都要回收利用到剩下去年一半的数量去焚烧，虽然这个在现实中感觉有点怪（想回收多少就能回收多少吗？万一今年的垃圾总量是去年好几倍，根本不可能有那么多能回收再利用的呢？），但这不影响得出E不是正确答案，而D是。

做逻辑题有时候的麻烦就是：一些题要求不能有常识干扰，另一些题却要求使用常识做假设前提。没办法，尽量往出题者思路靠吧！

产生的ash的量 = number of 要焚烧垃圾的truckloads * 每truckloads产生的ash量

number of 要焚烧垃圾的truckloads 已经减少到去年的一半了，要想产生的ash的总量为去年的一半，必须要求就是per truckloads 产生的ash量不会比去年多。否则，每truckloads要焚烧的垃圾产生的垃圾量为去年的100倍，减少一半truckloads也无济于事
