E选项是说某国各地区医院的死亡率都差不多，题目中没有强调不同地区的医院怎么怎么样，E属于无关比较。需要削弱的结论是服务质量导致死亡率的不同，A选项意思是某些医院职工的学历高，B选项意思是不同医院，不同严重程度的患者人数不同。
