想申请多大，但是TOEFL口语差两分，给小米写信，回答也很不直接。如下：
My toefl score hasn't reached your minimal requirement? Can I still apply? In other words, MHRIR program offers conditonal admission and I can offer language tests later after I receive your conditional offer?
小米： If your TOEFL scores do not meet minimum requirements you would not be eligible. There is no conditional offer based on not meeting minimum admission requirements.
Does that mean I cannot apply for MHRIR? And I will be refused directly based on my TOEFL? or Is there any exceptional?

It is not possible to pre-assess your application. I can tell you that the program is extremely competitive. You are welcome to apply however I am not able to provide you with the answers to your questions, except to say that if you feel your overall application is strong, and your GRE or GMAT scores are strong then go ahead and apply.
回答很模棱两可额，我看过多大有IFP(国际预科课程）但是针对的是本科生，其他成绩都达标了，就语言未过关。
针对硕士生没有这种课程，大家说我要不要申请呢？会不会因为T直接被拒绝呢？ |
