Until mow, only injectable vaccines against influenza have been available.

A new influenza vaccine, administered painlessly in a nasal spray, is effective for children. However, since children seldom develop serious complications from influenza, no significant public health benefit would result from widespread vaccination of children using the nasal spray.

前提：目前仅注射流感有用
成人通常接种疫苗，家长不愿孩子去受打针的痛苦
一种新型疫苗在鼻腔喷雾对孩子有效
但孩子一般不会有严重的流感

结论：推广新疫苗没有社会健康效益

假设就把孩子与成人连接起来，d项就是：孩子不会把流感传染给成人。

检验这个assumption就是：
1. 可以传染，那么新疫苗就预防了，就有效益
2.不能传染，新疫苗没有用，没有效益
所以是对哒~

能注射的也能进行喷雾预防，无关

B. The new vaccine uses the same mechanism to ward off influenza as jnjectable vaccines do.
疫苗的医学效用，无关
